Nicole Kushner Meyer – A story that is surfacing is that Nicole Kushner Meyer has approached and attempted to get Chinese investors to cross-purchase land in New Jersey. This is a big deal because of Jared Kushner, her brother, is a close advisor to Trump, who hasn’t been incredibly favorable to the Chinese investors in the past. This might also detract Chinese investment from South Florida, where they have been prone to lean in the past.
Canadian Investors Look to South Florida – A Canadian investor has begun to start operations in South Florida, during this period they will begin to court those who are seeking to invest in this booming real estate economy.
Overall, it is a great time to be living in South Florida. While locals move out and try different economies, it seems that everyone on the outside wants into this hot location.
